William Thomas
Vice President,
Client Services
William Thomas has more than 20 years
of experience in federal government contractor
accounting, working extensively with companies' senior
managements. Before joining NeoSystems, he was
President and owner of Abatis Solutions, Inc., which
provided consulting services to government business
companies.
William has served as Controller and CFO for several
companies. These companies' federal market service
areas included environmental management (remediation and
construction), information technology, aviation, U.S.
Agency for International Development, Department of
Homeland Security, Department of Energy, Internal
Revenue Service, Department of Commerce, General
Services Administration, and several areas of the
Department of Defense.
He has worked on cost volumes of several winning
competitive government contract proposals and has built
a broad expertise with the Defense Contract Audit
Agency, audits and incurred submissions, indirect rate
structures, and related accounting system
implementation. In addition, he has successfully
helped federal government contractors repair and
troubleshoot accounting systems.
William has a Master's Degree in Business Administration
(Finance) from Howard University.
