Debra Franklin, MBA,

Vice President, Consulting Services
Debra Franklin is an
accomplished industry leader supporting and assisting
government contractors on an array of accounting,
taxation, and business IT challenges. She has
helped companies to meet these challenges and identify
opportunities for more than 20 years.
As NeoSystems' Managing Director, she directs consulting
programs which provide assistance in such areas as
software planning, installation and initialization,
system optimization analysis, on site training, and
other services. NeoSystems' Consulting Services
support Deltek's Costpoint®,
GCS Premier®
accounting systems, and an array of other tools.
Prior to joining NeoSystems Corp., Debra served as
Director, Global Services for Deltek, Inc. During
a nearly ten year tenure at Deltek, her responsibilities
included providing consultative software services sales,
tracking and managing the implementation of
sophisticated financial services software, and educating
clients about business tools and best operating
practices.
Ms. Franklin also understands first-hand the challenges
entrepreneurial business owners' face, having served for
six years as the Managing Partner of an accounting firm
she founded and later sold to a larger company.
Ms. Franklin earned a Master of Business Administration
from California Coast University and a Bachelor of
Science in Business from the same school. She has
also earned the Internal Revenue Service's license as an
Enrolled Agent, affording her the privilege of
professionally representing her clients in matters
relating to taxation.
