Theresa Flanders has more than 15 years of accounting and financial management experience in the government contracting field, including extensive working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Prior to joining NeoSystems, Theresa served as a Vice President of Finance for Nortel Government Solutions.  She managed reporting and performance analysis for $200 million of business, assessing such issues as revenue recognition, pricing review, and compliance with FAR, CAS, and GAAP.

Theresa has also served as Vice President and Sector Controller for L-3 Communications' Titan Group.  Her work included successfully implementing Sarbanes Oxley processes and passing an annual review.

Theresa holds a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University.
