Jerry Falvey has more than 15 years experience in managing the day-to-day operations of accounting departments.  His expertise includes designing and maintaining financial and cost accounting systems, as well as working with outside auditors and bankers.

Prior to joining NeoSystems in January 2009, Jerry was Director of Contracts/Accounting for a prominent information technology solutions company serving the federal government.  His responsibilities included maintaining and administering all contract data and supporting monthly billing processes for over 50 projects and tasks.

Jerry was also the primary contact for both public and government auditors and responsible for the preparation of annual cost incurred documentation submitted to the Defense Contract Audit Agency.  He has had similar duties and responsibilities for audit reporting with other companies.

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from George Mason University.  He has also taught a continuing education class at George Mason, "Accounting for Government Contracts" and is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
