Gordon Crickman oversees NeoSystems' day-to-day information technology operations.  He is responsible for the varied hosted services that NeoSystems provides, including Deltek Time and Expense, Costpoint and SCB Premier Software programs.  These programs ensure that NeoSystems' clients are able to meet the growing and complicated government accounting regulations and protocols, while also performing quality accounting functions efficiently.

During 1994-2006, Gordon held numerous positions of increasing responsibility at Deltek, the leading provider of enterprise management software for project-focused organizations.  He managed or performed virtually every phase of software development and implementation, including design, programming, quality assurance, customer support, configuration management, test automation, and release management.

Gordon joined NeoSystems after working as Director of Technical Solutions with Jakeel Consulting.  Before joining Deltek in 1994, he worked at Best Software, Inc., and Coopers & Lybrand.  He was graduated summa cum laude from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and was the business school's valedictorian.
