Upon joining NeoSystems in 2005, Carlos Alvarado managed and expanded the company's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practice.  FP&A includes financial planning and reporting, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Defense Contract Audit Agency compliance, and pricing proposal services.  Carlos manages all FP&A engagements, including defining the appropriate financial management processes and reporting procedures.

Carlos has experience with contracts' budgeting, analysis, and pricing proposals and works with accounts receivables, payroll, and accounts payable.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Business/Accounting from the University of Maryland.
